Beginners Cake Painting Class (In Person)

Cake Painting for beginners. 27th June 2024 - 6-9pm.

At Duck Farm Workshops, Dorchester DT2 8QL

Join me for a fun evening learning to paint onto fondant icing.

Painting on cakes can be so much fun, if you are a hobby baker, a professional cake maker or even just fancy learning a new skill, then this is perfect for you!

Adding some paintwork into a decorated cake can really enhance the design, making your cake a real talking point at a gathering or celebration.

During the evening you will learn the basics of cake painting with cocoa butter and edible dust colours.

You will learn to paint on to a pre covered 6 inch cake dummy (a fake cake) or if you wish to, you can bring your own iced cake. Please choose this option when booking.

Louise will teach you a simple meadow design to get you started on your cake painting journey.

No experience is necessary, just a love for cakes and learning new skills!

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.
